Recipe for Chicken Tikka
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up into stew size
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tablespoon ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder (not salt)
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp. corn, canola or other oil
1 lemon wedged
little bit of parsley

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add all ingredients except the lemon and oil. Mix well. Cover and marinate atleast 3 hours or preferably overnight.
In a conventional oven, preheat oven to 450 deg F, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and broil for 10-12 minutes till light brown. Brush with the marinade during cooking.
On a barbecue grill grill evenly till light brown and brush with
marinade while grilling.
When done transfer to a dish, garnish with diced lemon and some parsley and serve immediately.
Serves 4
