Chickpeas Curry

Masala Mix: 1 Pack
1-2 medium
tomatoes, chopped

15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1
cup water
3-4 tablespoons
fresh cilantro leaves chopped (optional)
In a large sauce pan, heat oil on medium high heat.
Add Curry Masala Mix and stir fry for a few minutes
Add garbanzo beans, tomatoes and water. Stir.
Add water. Mix well and reduced heat to medium.
Cover and cook till masala (sauce) is thick and oil appears on the
surface.
Turn heat off. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro leaves.
Serves 6-8.
Note: To increase
spiciness add red pepper or chopped green chilies.
To reduce spiciness and flavor, use less mix
and add salt.
