Easy Meat Curry
Easy Indian Cooking
Oil: 6-8 tablespoons
Curry
Masala Mix: 1 Pack
2 1/2-3 lb. meat(chicken, beef, lamb, or fish)

medium tomatoes chopped
2
tablespoons plain yogurt
1-2 cups water
2-3 Fresh cilantro
leaves chopped (optional)
In a large pan, heat oil on medium high heat.
Add meat and stir fry until browned.
Add Curry
Masala Mix and stir fry for
a minute.
Add tomatoes, yogurt and 1/2 cup water. Mix well.
Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and masala
(sauce) is thick.
Add rest of water. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer till
meat is tender.
Note: Add more or less water to suit sauce thickness.
Turn heat off. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro leaves and ring
the dinner bell.
Serves 6-8
Notes: To increase
spiciness add red pepper or chopped green chilies.
To reduce spiciness and flavor, use less mix
and add salt.
