Easy Kebabs
Easy Indian Cooking

2            lb. lean ground meat
1            packet Kebab Masala Mix
1/3         cup water
1            egg
 

Mix all the ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the mixture into 16 portions. Make round or long kebabs, moistening hands with water.
In a large frying pan heat 2-3 tablespoons oil on medium heat. Fry kebabs till browned.
OR place kebabs on a foiled, greased baking pan and broil in a 450F preheated oven.
OR barbecue on the grill to desired doneness.
Serves 6-8
Notes: To increase spiciness add red pepper or chopped green chilies.
To reduce spiciness and flavor, use less mix and add salt.
