Ingredients: Boneless chicken breasts, cut up into stew size: 4
Plain yogurt: 2/3 cup
Ginger powder: 1/2 tsp. (tablespoon)
Garlic Powder (not salt): 1/2 tsp.
Crushed red pepper: 1 tbsp. (tablespoon)
Salt: 1 tsp.
Corn, canola or other oil: 3 tbsp.
Lemon wedged: 1
Bit of parsley
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add all ingredients except the
lemon and oil.
Mix well and marinate atleast 3 hours or preferably overnight.
In a conventional oven, preheat oven to 450 deg F, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers
and broil for 10-12 minutes till light brown. Brush with the marinade during cooking.
On a barbecue grill grill evenly till light brown and brush with marinade while grilling.
When done transfer to a dish, garnish with diced lemon and some parsley and serve
